We are looking at introducing a 100 club at Sutton Juniors.

This is a way for the club to raise additional funds, we do not want to have to raise the cost of membership so are looking at other voluntary ways we can help with funding.

The 100 club is basically a small lottery for players family and friends (age 16+), so you could ask Grandparents, Aunts and Uncles or family friends.

We are initially looking to get 100 people to register an interest for this. The cost would be £1 per entry, you can have as many entries as you want. It would be a monthly draw so there are 12 draws a year, plus a bonus draw at Christmas or Presentation night. This means the yearly entry fee is £12 which would need to be paid in advance.

We would like to aim for around 200 members but based on 100 members the monthly prizes would be £25 and £12.50, there are also funds paid into a bonus draw which would total £90 for the winner and a rollover fund of £5 per month which like it says, would rollover each month until it was won.
This would mean that the total prize fund is 50% of total raised.

No payment is required at the moment as we are just getting an idea of numbers that might be interested, we will come back to you with more details when we have sufficient numbers. We will show the number of people interested on the website so you can see how we are doing. Please let other members know of this and ask them to email their details. I will also ask team managers to make a list for anyone who cannot send an email, have a word with them at training and ask to be added to the 100 club list.

Further prize money exmples are :-

If we get 200 members the prizes would be 1st = £50 each month...2nd = £25 each month.
If we get 400 members the prizes would be 1st = £100 each month...2nd = £50 each month.

In the future we may be looking to use this as an incentive by asking players to get 2 members for the 100 Club they will reduce the membership fee they have to pay by £5, this can be progressive so if they get 4 members for the 100 Club they get a £10 reduction and so on. This can be used this coming season by reducing the payments towards the Christmas and Presentation events so please try get some friends and family to joint our 100 Club
